This was the most effective and supportive coaching that I never really knew how much I needed. I was at a crossroads with career and a business that was struggling and managed to seize the opportunity to work with Anthea when it presented itself. I knew I wasn’t in a position to make clear decisions about my business, but I had no idea how much help I needed in a personal capacity as well. Spending time with Anthea over those weeks allowed me to work through so many issues and just focus on those areas that were pulling me down. Anthea has a wonderful way that allows you many AHA moments that you think you have got to yourself when of course it was her way of highlighting those areas for me that made me reach the understanding. I felt so supported throughout all the sessions and even though there were times were emotional responses were triggered, I never felt like I was left hanging or was left unheard. I wish I hadn’t become so busy after our sessions as I definitely would have carried on with the coaching. This is a journey I hope to pursue more fully in the future and I feel confident to have Anthea leading the way. Anyone who walks this path with Anthea as a coach will be extremely lucky and I know will come out a better person on the other side.

Anthea Oosthuizen shows a genuine interest in my personal development. She listens attentively, and assists me to think rationally about situations and how to approach them from a level-headed perspective. She is the best person with whom to bounce my ideas, express my opinions, and share my frustrations. She provides me with objective and constructive feedback. Since I met Anthea, not only have I grown my leadership skills, but my emotional intelligence and communication skills have been strengthened too. Furthermore, I have also gained new perspectives through her willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise in the field. I trust and value her input.. She has the ability to give clear guidance on how to perform particular tasks or develop useful skills. Anthea has also helped me to set effective goals, track progress and stay focused, while providing feedback along the way.

As a 19-year-old student I was trying to navigate through my potential goals and dreams. An offer was put on the table to be mentored/coached by an impartial woman who had caught the attention of young diverse adults during an academic development week. I was intrigued by her personality and liked her right away so put in a proposal and got accepted. Throughout our sessions, Anthea helped me to see the world differently as well as gave me access to the true potential within myself to go after what I deserve. I would highly recommend her as a life coach or mentor to anyone who wants to move from a state of mediocrity to that of being phenomenal, all through discovering who you are and what you’re capable of.

I greatly enjoyed my experience working with Anthea. Although I was initially sceptical about the idea of life coaching, from the first session I found the process to be immensely rewarding, informative and helpful. I loved going through this journey with Anthea, and couldn’t have asked for a better coach. Not only was she adaptive and insightful, and able to provide me with a variety of tools going forward, but she was also warm and inviting. I honestly felt as though our sessions were just really good chats for my soul.
